Dr. Hedgepath became the first female president in 花季传媒 history on July 1, 2024. She was elected by the Board of Trustees with a unanimous vote in January. Dr. Hedgepath has an outstanding list of credentials including:

• Earned a PhD with a specialization in Teacher Quality
• Has been a high school public school teacher, college professor, Fine Arts department dean, VP for Academic Affairs and the Provost for a large, multi-campus Baptist university with a thriving residential campus in a rural area.
• Led the development of 23 new undergraduate and graduate degree programs, three new academic minor programs, and nine trade certification programs at her alma mater.

She has also supervised 10 external campus locations, ranging from rural areas to Los Angeles, CA., plus an international location in Canada, and she has experience supervising a nursing school, which makes her well-equipped to navigate the 花季传媒 system.

She and her husband, Pete, live in Plainview.
